my dress! (hopefully)

i bought my wedding dress online and it shipped today. it was only $170 and i hope it fits!!!

i went dress shopping today with 2 of my friends. candace is one of my classmates at law school and she just bought a dress from alfred angelo. her wedding is this august! our friend nikki just got engaged 2 weeks ago, so she came too and brought her baby, audrey. candace held audrey and took pictures of me and nikki. we started out at alfred angelo since candace found her dress there.

#1. this is the first dress i tried on-- it wasn't very cute but i was excited. i did like the buttons down the back though.

#4. i'm not into colored ribbons on dresses. they had one with a white ribbon that i liked a lot more, just not in my size.

#5. this one was my favorite at this store. the little halter top straps weren't attached, so that's why it looks funny in some of the pictures.

then we went to david's bridal.

#6. here is the first one from there. candace didn't like this one very much but i thought it was cute. she said it was "different" lol.

#7. this was our favorite. candace actually cried when she saw it!!! she said, "that's the one!" but it was $700, so i'm pretty sure it's not "the one" lol.

this was the first veil i tried on and it looked pretty with this dress. i'm still not sure if i'm going to have a veil though... but that's all for now. i'll post again next time i go dress shopping!
